IAmFlux X Co-Ke|Can't Wait Video Bomb w/ Rate

Watching the whole video it gave me the Usher and R Kelly "Same Girl" vibe from the jump. The production makes this not only a mood setter but it invites a very sexy feel to the song with the visuals. In "Can't Wait" Flux teams up with fellow St. Pete artist, rapper Co-Ke for an almost predictable meet up among friends when they realize they've been seeing the same woman. The story line is a plus and something I definitely look for when critiquing videos. The video was sexy and seductive a bit predictable with the story line but nevertheless I was entertained and I couldn't help but get into the song. I liked the overall feel of the video as well as the perspectives from a singer and rapper point of view. This song definitely fits in my niche of songs that I like that feature a male singer and male rapper on the song. I have given the video a thorough rating below and please don't forget to connect with the artist below!

Ten on Top W/ Five Below| Summer 17' Edition

It is the 9th month of the year and Cardi B has literally made a believer out of all of us. She has the #2 song in the country and even got Kodak Black on the remix for her hit "Bodak Yellow". While that is an awesome accomplishment for Cardi, we are here for my Summer 17' playlist. I am aware that a few of you have been patiently waiting for an update and I do apologize for the wait and hiatus. I have a bunch of awesome post lined up for you guys that I hope will bring back nostalgic memories as well as invoke thought and spark conversation. I wanted to come back with my summer playlist because unlike summers back when I was an adolescence I do not get to parlay during the summer or even go out for that manner these days. So my music intake is limited to late night binges on Youtube and my amped up Spotify list. I hope you guys enjoy this entry. Video Bomb: Smurf The God|Seen It All w/ Rate

Taking place mainly at a local liquor store familiar to most St. Petersburg, FL natives, Smurf the God definitely played it safe and simple in this video. Though I am not a fan of beat jackers and admire original productions to accompany original lyrics, I loved his lyrical content. This is the type of music I could ride through the city and just vibe to. The content was realistic and relatable to those living that type of life. The visual content matched what he was talking about and the additional locations for the video were ok, again playing it safe. Due to the fact that I am a stickler for details I did notice that the editor of the video nor Smurf payed attention to the spelling of the song when it came on during the opening. Besides grammatical mistakes I enjoyed the visuals and even though this video dropped November of last year it's still worth a check out. 2014 Recap|100th Post!!

As I'm sure most of you are aware I have not been on here daily, like I should but believe me when I say E2TS is backed up with great posts' in the next few weeks. I debated on doing this really cool video but decided to save it for a later date. As the year winds down and people get geared up for the new year instead of waiting until those last few days in this month to bang out my year recap I thought it more appropriate to get a head start on it. This year was filled with quite a few hot singles and videos along side some really Dope videos. I have met so many new artist with so many different approaches to their crafts. It's apparent that I will not cover each and everyone in this one single post but I will bring you the best recap ever. This will be a long recap but a well worth the check out because these artist I co-sign so hard. Ears to the Streets Eyes on the Underground

I'm sure some, not all artist and music based professions know I exclusively show case underground and independent artist locally based normally but I also showcase the same type of artist around the country and internationally. A few weeks back I started doing a satellite radio show on a Hip-hop based radio station called HipHopulist Radio. The show airs every Tuesday at 6 pm with a re air at 10 pm eastern standard time. If you miss that day it will re air Thursday at 6pm. (eastern) I have teamed up with an awesome team over at HHR to bring yet another platform for artist that consider their selves as independent or underground artist. With E2TS and Hood Watch my goal is to share with other active music listeners and enthusiast exactly what no name artists have to offer. Mainstream radio is already saturated with big names and local artist often have a hard time getting their music heard and some of them are actually better than mainstream artist. I hope by extending these platforms to those in my city as well as surrounding cities and states that I can help them get heard beyond the scope of where they are located. I ask that you pass the word on to other local artist that could use a boost in getting their music heard as well as continue to support M$C as a movement by submitting the music and videos. Also asking me to come see shows and in a whole supporting movements designed to help artist win. I am hoping to see a lot more artist submitting music and I definitely encourage the likes of people just starting out to submit music. Even though I mainly focus on Hip Hop and rap music R&B artist, country, pop, and anything in between don’t feel shy to submit your music as well. Ear 2 The Streets is free range and I will cover anything music base on there. I am so appreciative to those that believe in me and take the time to thank, encourage, and include me in on what they are doing music wise.
