Song Bomb: JF X King Phy| Fever W/ Rate

Produced by Chris Prythm, the production is the foundation that sets the tone for the Hip Hop vibe that Jack Fletcher embodies. Featuring "Trappin Outta Space" mastermind King Phy Da Beast. The mash up between both artist couldn't be more opposite but King Phy took on an entirely different sound in this track. It was as if Jack Fletcher gave a little of his artistry to bring another persons inner hip hop vibe to the table.Given the countries on going battle with the Black Lives Matter movement and the countless American civilians being assassinated by those who are sworn in to serve and protect us seems like the fuel behind the track. What Fever are we exactly trying to catch and or avoid. Is it the Fever of rising up or is it the fever of those that are sleeping during such a prevalent time. The cover art for the track is dope. It depicts a riot participant with a gas mask and a strong Black Power fist as officers stand off in the background in protective gear. These past two years have been the most racially driven with the murders of unarmed black people. We will never forget Oscar Grant, Trayvon Martin, Tamir Rice, Sandra Bland, Mike Brown, Eric Garner and countless other's that have lost their lives. One day we will rise up above our crooked government and we will win. All these deaths will not be in vain. Jack Fletcher serves a double dose of lyrical content as well as witty  punch lines that will definitely have the wheels in the brains of listeners turning. It is political, it is raw, it is current. This is what hip hop is about story telling while bringing awareness and I believe Jack does that time and time again. It is never something you've heard before he is always up on the times. I want all who have taken time to read this entry to really listen to the words of Fletcher and really get into his message. Check out the audio below a long with my rate for this track.

Video Bomb: Big D X JF w/ Rate

Anything with a classic hip hop beat immediately draws me in. Big D and JF delivers a track that you can just slide through the city to. As expected if a member of Dope Collection has any say so it is definitely a chill vibe. The familiar faces throughout the video gives you that family feel, like I'm with my people and we just chillin'. "Code of the Streets" mashes a rapper with a lyricist. I appreciate vibes like this because you get the best of both worlds. Both guys are considerably different in delivery but the content of each one's lyrics puts you on the same page just a different paragraph. I can't really say anything bad but the 2:48 seconds is such a tease. I would have loved to see it even longer.  The rate for these visuals are below as well as the video. Enjoy!

As I'm sure most of you are aware I have not been on here daily, like I should but believe me when I say E2TS is backed up with great posts' in the next few weeks. I  debated on doing this really cool video but decided to save it for a later date. As the year winds down and people get geared up for the new year instead of waiting until those last few days in this month to bang out my year recap I thought it more appropriate to get a head start on it. This year was filled with quite a few hot singles and videos along side some really Dope videos. I have met so many new artist with so many different approaches to their crafts. It's apparent that I will not cover each and everyone in this one single post but I will bring you the best recap ever. I'm talking top 50 singles, top 25 mixtapes, top 25 videos and some artist you have to keep an eye on in 2015. The magnitude of this post alone will showcase the type of work I've been doing as far as reaching out and keeping my ears to the streets. I mean isn't that the reason we're all here? I have compiled my top 50 hottest singles from some of the best to ever do it  this year. I hope you guys enjoy the list and feel free to press links, check out artist info, and etc.
