This cypher video is something I found insanely dope and what topped it off was it is homegrown and I definitely wanted to share with the world some dope Emcee's straight out of the 727. I live for conscious artist and people that evoke thought. I think they all had their own way of opening peoples third eye. I thought this would be perfect for a #TBT given it was done 5 years ago. Each artist has a unique sound and the lyrical content is there. From my own observation

Teo|Video Bomb: The Truth w/ Rate

                           

With Teo on the track you will never be disappointed. With a real rap foundation and relatable content you can only feel him on what he is saying. If you been through the struggle that so many people try and overcome every day you can definitely vibe out to 10 Hunnit front man Teo. Shot by Bungy Clips, Teo brings the city out and by city I mean the entire Child's Park which consist of his many supporters and fans. It is a straight pull up and chill type situation. Being from that same side of town it is great to see the love and support he has. His following is building daily and I am most definitely co signing for this artist. He links up with familiar faces in the rap crowd in St.Pete such as Project Youngin, Co-Ke, and others.  Paying homage to his Cousin Fats he is real, raw, and The Truth. While writing this review I actually had a conversation with him via Facebook and I was telling him upon seeing the shirts with Fats face and name upon them I saw this video as a tribute to him and he said "That's how I feel everyday! Really never cared for this shit, but he always believed in it so it's my way of keeping the legacy going." I have heard Teo mention his cousin in various songs and I would say Teo has been keeping his memory alive and making him proud. Fuckin' Wit Ha| Video Bomb w/ Rate

I can only start this post off by saying that I annoyed my special guy and my own ears with continuous play of the audio. So when I saw that the official video had been released, I was beyond ecstatic. I will say that it delivers everything you expect to get from a Cristol track. It has the bounce, the ass, and that exact touch from fellow song contributers Blackboi & Tampa's Tom G. I wasn't suprised that there was not much of a storyline as most of Cristol's videos feature woman visually beautiful enough to distract the viewers from the lack of a storyline. Given the content of the song, I expected to see something a lil more well thought out. Especially during Tom G's part but I was not disappointed in what was presented. I have included my rate for this video below and I expect most men to be pleasantly pleased with the eye candy gracing the video. Cristol won me over with the track but I am quite indifferent about the video simply because there was nothing that stood out about it. Video Bomb: Blow YMS ft. Haitian Fresh w/ Rate

Since I heard the snippet about two weeks ago via Facebook I have  

been patiently waiting for the whole enchilada. This song is the epitome of a hot summer for St. Petersburg rapper Blow. He teamed up with that "Zoe" Haitian Fresh and delivered what I consider a saucy summer banger. I love the fact that they tied in the Spanish being utilized with the likes of idolized Drug lord, Tony Montana. There we’re a few scenes at the beginning from the iconic movie, Scarface and even ended the video with the familiar scene “Say Hello to my little friend” Amazing use of words, perhaps they just taught a few Spanish class drop outs a few things. I want you guys to check out the video that dropped yesterday and be on the lookout for more from Blow and his YMS camp.
